Task 3

Direction: Make a pie graph and place the given situations in each

part of the graph according to the duration of interaction.

The situation that takes longer interaction will occupy the

biggest part and the shortest will occupy the smallest part.

Write the duration of interaction in percentage, the

language form and the relationship of the speaker towards

the audience in each of the situation. Accomplish this on

your notebook.

1) The activity is interesting yet hard at the same time

2) The longest duration of interaction is delivering News Reports because there's a lot of good news and bad news to deliver here in our country

the shortest duration of interaction is talking to a stranger because why would you talk so long to a stranger after all if you don't know him/her

3)No, because when we change the any of the four speech style, speech context, speech act and communicative strategy it affect the language a lot. It gives a completely different impression to the listener and changes the duration of interaction considerably

4)If I'll be given a chance to be the speaker in each of the three situation I would choose delivering News report because it's important to deliver a news to others
