the shortest duration of interaction is talking to a stranger because why would you talk so long to a stranger after all if you don't know him/her
3)No, because when we change the any of the four speech style, speech context, speech act and communicative strategy it affect the language a lot. It gives a completely different impression to the listener and changes the duration of interaction considerably
4)If I'll be given a chance to be the speaker in each of the three situation I would choose delivering News report because it's important to deliver a news to others
