Tea is both a bane or a boon.It could be depend on it's use.If we use it in good ways it's a boon and if we use it in bad way it's a bane.
If a student drinks tea before morning study it would be a boon for him because he could then much concentrate on studies and it has side effects also.
It stores fat in your body so youngsters could have problem to balance weight.
