Muscle tissue is categorised into :

Smooth muscle tissue - spindle-shaped, single centrally located nucleus, involuntary and lack striations.

Skeletal muscle tissue - cylindrical, multi-nucleated, voluntary and striated.

Cardiac muscle tissue - has branching fibres, one nucleus per cell, striated and involuntary.

So, the correct option is 'Smooth muscle'.
