tearing of paper is irreversible change whereas burning if paper is also irreversible change how are they different

In tearing of paper the papers physical state is not changed but in burning of paper the physical state of paper is changed. so there is a chance to attach paper when teared but in burning of paper we can't do anything so this irreversible changes are different and also i think tearing of paper is reversible change because the paper which is teared can be recycled so this is also one way.
