The given statement
is true to a certain extent. Because of technological advancements and
automation, accuracy and speedy processing are the key advantages. As a result,
the same are expected in the case of manual labor. This causes high stress and

This statement is quite true in my opinion. Although technological advancement has made a major difference to our lives and made things much easier. It does have a negative impact especially amongst employees who are always in a fear of loosing their jobs due to the high dependency on automation. Workers face increasing stress everyday as they are expected to be updated to all the latest versions of systems and programs. They are presumed to work much faster and provide a greater work turnover as they are aided with the latest technological gadgets. More and more automation often results in less human interaction making the employees feel even more isolated. All these factors together result in intensifying the stress and frustration levels of the employees.
