Yes according to me this sentence has a total relevance in today's environment because today a human being would prefer Technology over environment.Every year millions of trees are cut down to build mobile towers and other buildings.

Therefore we may say that slowly Technology is loosening the shackles of environment on human beings. These days we do not see small children playing n parks because children are busy playing games on mobiles.are We must understand that it is very important for children to play at a young age otherwise it ould effect their health. These days so many children are suffering from obesity because they dont play or run but they are only playing games on mobile.

Even people are busy with their work on laptops and mobiles and they do not have time to go for walk in parks or zoo. Therefore many people are suffering from heartburn, heartattacks ,obesity, stress etc even at a young age. Thus,it is very important to keep in touch with environment if not with relatives.

Knowledge related to Nature is very essential to build technology and technology loosens or unties the shackles and restraints of the environment on human beings.

EXPLANATION:

Human beings can better develop technology subsequent to developing better comprehension of natural laws. Knowledge related to Nature is very essential to build technology and technology loosens or unties the shackles and restraints of the environment on human beings. This sort of interaction between nature’s strong forces and primitive human civilisation was named as environmental determinism.

At that phase of extremely low technological progress we can envisage the existence of a naturalised human, who heeded to Nature, was fearful of its fury and revered it. With cultural and social development, human beings started understanding nature, developed more effectual technology and moved from a state of necessity to a state of autonomy, and this was known as possibilism. Nature gives opportunities and human beings utilise these opportunities and gradually nature gets humanised and begins accepting the imprints of human effort.
