Answer:

A plant cell is enclosed by a hard/rigid cell wall along with the plasma membrane. The animal cell is enclosed by a thin, flexible plasma membrane. The nucleus is present in the plant cell and lies in one side of the cell. The nucleus is present in the animal cell also but lies in the centre of the cell.
