• Sai Paranjipye wrote her first book in Marathi when she was eight.

• Sai Paranjipye was a living legend she was multitalented. She wrote so many children's books and made films.

• She was graduated from the National School of Drama, New Delhi.

• She started her career in All India Radio in Pune. Later she becomes a director and screenwriter.

• She got several national film awards and social awards. The government of India awarded her with Padma Bhushan's title of her cultural talents.
