Balancing an equation is not a complex task
It can be done by few simple steps
1) note down the number of molecules taking part in the reactants side and also the product side
2) now tally both reaction molecules with products ones
3) now add a number in coefficients such that each molecule gets equal number
4) You should deffenately note that coefficient must be smaller possible number

Hello Mate!
Balancing of equation is done to make both sides equal.
For example :-
Reaction for rust
Fe + O2 + .xH2O -------> Fe2O3x.H2O
But this is imbalance equation because
There are 2 Fe in right side while there is 1 in LHS
So balanced equation is
4Fe + 3O2 + H2O ---> 2Fe2O3x.H2O
Hope it helps!☺
