area of triangle=1/2×base×height
so, 160=1/2×16×height

now , by pythagorus theorem
base^2+perpendicular ^2=hypotenuse ^2

so, 16^2+20^2=hypotenuse ^2
256+400=hypotenuse ^2
656=hypotenuse ^2
root 656=hypotenuse ^2
4 root41=hypotenuse

perimeter of triangle=16+20+4root41
perimeter =36+4root 41
perimeter=4(9+root41)cm
