9. If I health minister then I would suggest that those who will come out of home without any reasons they would be sent to jail. And COVID-19 patient will be treated free of cost .

You may not agree with this but I feel that COVID 19 patients who can’t afford treatment should only get these amenities such as free treatment as people can afford to pay and also the wonderful and brave people who are working at this time need their salaries that will only come if our economy has money to spare. If the work is done for free they will not get their salary for working in these conditions.

If I were the health minister I would try to ensure that the people don’t need to leave their house instead I will try to get their needed items delivered at their doorstep. I understand that being stuck at home for to long is a very sudden change which is not easy to adapt to especially for the small children and the elderly who like to sit with their friends and socialise I would keep a certain time for a certain family to go out for say 30 mins. Eg: We can send around 4 to 5 families to social distance and get to walk around they will be in full gear and staff will be present to ensure the safety and social distancing norms.
