The second council=>
Was held in 383 BC at Vaishali and the chairman was Sarvkami and the king was Kalashoka.

The third council=>
Was held in 251 BC at Patliputra and the chairman was Mogaliputta Tissa and the king was Ashoka.

The fourth council=>
Was held in 72 AD at Kashmir and the chairman was Vasumitra and the king was Kanishka.

Note-- At the fourth council Buddhist Councils were separated into Mahayana and Hinayana sects.
