BeCl2 has linear geometry and sp hybridisation

SnCl2 has trigonal planar geometry and sp2 hybridisation

SiCl4 has tetrahedral geometry and sp3 hybridisation

SF6 has octahedral geometry and sp3d2 hybridisation

H2S has bent geometry and sp3 hybridisation

HF has tetrahedral shape and sp3 hybridisation

NCl3 has trigonal pyramidal shape and sp3 hybridisation

PCl5 has trigonal bi pyramidal and sp3d hybridisation

Hope it will help you
