because the moon is very close to the sun as compare to the earth and the temprature on the moon is variable when it is near to the sun then its temp is high as 190 degree cel.

when it is far away from sun then its temp decreases as 110 dc

Moon does not have any atmosphere to trap heat as a result it gets much heated due to sun rays in the days time and in nights it loses all the heat and becomes cold
