tempo - how fast the piece is (tempo means time)
melody - same as ‘tune’.
meter - is the rhythm of the words, same as in poetry i.e. syllables per line. (In the real world you have to consider the pattern of stresses too).
timbre - tone colour.
texture - what the accompaniment is like - e.g. ‘dense’ with lots of notes, or ‘light’ with few notes, and a whole lot more in between e.g. block chords or arpeggios.
dynamics - volume (loudness and softness).
mode - the ancient sequences of whole tones and semitones that make up an octave: there are traditionally eight of these, you can google them (hint: our modern Major Scale corresponds to the ancient Ionian Mode).
