Until very recently, people would go to famous monuments or parks and make signs of love there (A+B) enclosed in a heart!
Spit paan on the monuments, write rude things or messages for someone.

The govt. now has painted or removed the parts where this all was done but govt. cant be blamed for everything ..
it wasn't on govt.’s instructions people wrote these things …
We as citizens must take care of it by not doing these things ourselves and also stopping people from doing so…
Remember, as tax payers, it will be our money only which otherwise could have been spent on other developmental projects will be used in “reimbursement” of the monuments ..
Keep them clean, they are a reflection of who we are…..
