Hii frnd here is ur answer.
IN DESERTS PLANTS ABSORB CARBON DIOXIDE ATNIGHT TIME BUT IN OTHERS THEY ABSORBS AT DAY.
Land plants follow C3 or C4 pathway of photosynthesis whereas desert plants or plants in the arid region follow the CAM or crassulacean acid metabolism pathway. Plants in the arid region have their stomata open during the night and close during the day time in order to prevent excess transpiration during the day.
Hope it help u.
