Yes, territory sector is not playing any significant role in the development of Indian economy .

Reason

Over the last 5 decades the most production has increased in the territory sector it replaced the primary sector the basic Service also provided by government and private sector at the income levels of the people aged people are able to enjoy many more services like shopping tourism etc.

therefore it is a disputable that the territory sector is playing a significant role in the development of an Indian country .

# It also contributes largest towards the requirement of GDP ( Gross Domestic Product )

# The primary and secondary sector , both of them depends largely on Tertiary sector
