We should apply "BODMAS" rule

10×2-9+4÷2

As division comes first
followed by multiplication , addition and subtraction at the last!

10×2-9+4÷2

{4÷2 = 2}

10×2-9+2

{10×2=20}

20-9+2

{9+2 = 11}

20-11 remains after applying BODMAS rule!

Hence the answer is 9!

hope this helps!!
cheers!! :)
