We Have,

 {2}^{4}  \times  {2}^{5}

 =  {2}^{4 + 5}  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: [ {a}^{m}  \times  {a}^{n}  =  {a}^{m + n} ]

 =  {2}^{9}

Hence

 {2}^{4}  \times  {2}^{5}  =  {2}^{9}
