 { (\frac{3}{7} )}^{4}  \times  {( \frac{3}{7} )}^{5}  =  {( \frac{3}{7} )}^{2m + 1}  \\  \\  =  >  {( \frac{3}{7} )}^{4 + 5}  =  {( \frac{3}{7}) }^{2m + 1}

On comparing :

4 + 5 = 2m + 1

=> 2m = 8

=> m = 4
