(4 + x)(5 -x) \div (2 + x)(7 - x) \\( 20  - 4x + 5x -  {x}^{2} ) \div (14 - 2x + 7x -  {x}^{2} ) \\ (20  + x +  {x}^{2} ) \div (14  + 5x -  {x}^{2} )

Arranging into standard form

 \frac{ {x}^{2} + x + 20 }{ -  {x}^{2}  + 5x + 14}

Hope this will be helpful.

Step-by-step explanation:

=(20-4x+5x-x^2)/(14-2x+7x-x^2)

=(20+x-x^2)/(14+5x-x^2)
