$- 7 {x}^{2} + 6$

if it is equal to zero then

$6 - 7 {x}^{2} = 0$

$6 = 7 {x}^{2}$

${x}^{2} = \frac{6}{7}$

$x = \sqrt{ \frac{6}{7} }$
