8 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{2}  = 8 \times 2 \sqrt{2}  + 2 \sqrt{2}  \\  = 16 \sqrt{2} + 2 \sqrt{2}   = 18 \sqrt{2} (ans)
