Given, the reaction

A+B\quad \quad \rightleftharpoons \quad \quad AB

K=1 \times 10^{2}

Another reaction given

E+F\quad \quad \rightleftharpoons \quad \quad EF

 K=1 \times 10^{-2}

   A reaction is said to be stable or unstable depending on K value. In the first reaction, K value is 100 and in the second reaction K value is 0.01.

   Since the k value  in the first reaction is more than the second reaction, therefore first reaction is more stable than the second reaction.

AB is more stable than EF.
