Making myself feel better in a bitter situation.
Everyone in this world have the word 'bitter' in their lives. So, to make yourself feel better and relaxed in a bitter situation, you can follow this steps :-
- Listen to your favourite song. ( most common)
- Take a long breath
- Read a story that can relax you.
- Do some yoga.
- Stay away from crowdy area, go and stay in a peaceful place
- Visit some places that makes you feel better, try to visit the places where you can have a view of the awesome nature.
- Spend some time with the person whom you feel comfortable, it can be your friend also.
- Try singing some songs .
- If you have a pet, spend some time with your pet.
- Do the things that makes you feel relaxed.
