Making myself feel better in a bitter situation.

Everyone in this world have the word 'bitter' in their lives. So, to make yourself feel better and relaxed in a bitter situation, you can follow this steps :-

  1. Listen to your favourite song. ( most common)
  2. Take a long breath
  3. Read a story that can relax you.
  4. Do some yoga.
  5. Stay away from crowdy area, go and stay in a peaceful place
  6. Visit some places that makes you feel better, try to visit the places where you can have a view of the awesome nature.
  7. Spend some time with the person whom you feel comfortable, it can be your friend also.
  8. Try singing some songs .
  9. If you have a pet, spend some time with your pet.
  10. Do the things that makes you feel relaxed.
