Sun sank lower in the sky, light of day draining away, it was the evening time. There was a young lady sitting quietly in the world full of chaos. She was sad knowing that her script was rejected by the 12th publisher. She was shattered and regretting upon herself for working to be an author. On her way she saw a toy seller, she liked one for her daughter. She put her hand in her purse and found that she barely had money for the train ticket and was unable to buy the toy for her child.
The next day while packing her daughter's school bag, she accidentally packed her script in the school bag. While having her dinner the door knocked. She was scared as she thought it was someone from the moneylender she borrowed money and now is here to take his money back. With a hesitation in her heart, she opened the door. She was amazed seeing the editor of the town famous newspaper along with his 8 year old daughter on her door. She warmly welcomed him in. The editor appreciated her skills after reading the script. But she was bewildered, "I didn't sent the script to him, how did he came to know about it !?" and many more such questions popped in her mind. The editor told how the bag of his daughter was exchanged with the bag which contained this script. The editor assured the young lady that he'll surely publish this script. She was really happy. Many told her to stop writing novels for children and work for the newspaper, they said that children's novel wouldn't help her to earn money. She proved everyone wrong by publishing two successful novels for children which were a smash hit.
The lady is today one of the most successful personalities of the globe. She is the very famous J.K. Rowling. She was a jobless single mother living unemployed but now has become one of the best selling authors of all time. She had to fight rejections. She is the first lady author to become a billionaire.
If you have a dream but your life throws up continuous failures, don't give up and hustle till you achieve your aim. No one knows that you can end up your success story by breaking records !

Dreams and dedication are a powerful combination.
Hopes and dreams, do we live them, can we live them? When results are not forthcoming, then what? Time passes that can never be reclaimed. Forever forge forward with discipline and refrain from looking back with forlorn longing or doubt. Life evolves, as we evolve. A place of comfort is not where adventure is made.
The long, convoluted journey that is life, leads inexorably to that final point. We are given but limited time, ours is to weave the grandest story possible in the time allotted to us while we strut the boards. Greatness is not a destination, but the unending journey of many steps. Each one of those steps must be of purpose and conviction, dedication, impeccable.
There is a pearl of wisdom, which I have written out and affixed to my wall.
“You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.”
These are the little steps in the unending journey of greatness.
When I write greatness, I do not mean narcissism, nor public acclaim or applause, I mean living the dream. It takes dedication.
