AnswEr:

Whenever a scientist discovers something, then it should be obeying the following :

  • Systematic observations
  • Controlled experiments
  • Qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • Mathematical modelling
  • Prediction amd verification
  • Falsification of theories

Now, what is physics?

It is the science that involves in the study of how the things generally deals with and how do things work in the universe.

*Physics* this word comes from greek language word *fusis* which means *Nature*

Now, thrusts of Physics :

There are two types of thrusts :

  • Unification
  • Reduction

Unification:

To explain diverse physical phenomenon in terms of a few concepts and laws.

Example : Law of gravitation

Reduction:

To derive the properties of bigger, more complex system from the properties and interaction of its constituent smaller parts.

Example :

\large{\boxed{\sf{\blue{V_{rms}\:=\:\sqrt{\dfrac{3RT}{m_{o}}}}}}}

Rms velocity of one particle can give the temperature of whole gas.
