An essay writing and quiz competition was organized by the the institute in association with LG Electronics on 7 th February, 2009. More than 500 students from different institutes participated in the competition.

Several other quiz competitions were also organized in and outside of the campus. Awards were distributed to the students. Apeejay Institute of Technology, School of Management students also secured very good positions organized by AIMA, Mangalmay Institute of Technology, G.L. Bajaj Institute of Technology etc.
