 { \sqrt{3} }^{x}  =  {3}^{7}  \\  =  >  {3}^{x \times  \frac{1}{2} }  =  {3}^{7}  \\ on \: comparing \\  =  >  \frac{x}{2}  = 7 \\  =  > x = 7 \times 2  \\  =  > x = 14
