  \\ = \frac{2(4)}{3}   \times  \frac{3(2)}{(3)(2)}  \times  \frac{4}{3}  \\  \\  =  \frac{8}{3}  \times 1 \times  \frac{4}{3}  \\  \\  =  \frac{8 \times 4}{3 \times 3}   \\ \\  =  \frac{32}{9}
