\dfrac{2 \sqrt{3} + 6 }{  \sqrt{3} }\times \dfrac{  \sqrt{3}}{ \sqrt{3} }

 =  \dfrac{2  \times 3 + 6 \sqrt{3} }{3}  =  \dfrac{6 + 6 \sqrt{3} }{3}

  = \dfrac{ \bcancel{ 3}(2 + 2 \sqrt{3} )}{ \bcancel{3} }  = \boxed{2 + 2 \sqrt{3}}
