 \frac{3}{7} x =  \frac{20}{7}  - x \\  \\  =  \frac{3x}{7}  =  \frac{20 - 7x}{7}  \\  \\  = 7(20 - 7x) = 7(3x) \\  \\  = 140 - 49x = 21x \\  \\  = 140 = 21x + 49x \\  \\  = 140 = 70x \\  \\  = x =  \frac{140}{70}  \\  \\  = x = 2
