Concept based on equivalent ratio :

 \frac{5}{4} =  \frac{?}{16}

Now , to find the required numerator, Let's

think about the number which must be multiplied with the denominator to get 16,

and it is 4, so multiply numerator with 4.

 \frac{5 \times 4}{4 \times 4} =  \frac{20}{16}

So, our first query is resolved isn't it ?

 \frac{5}{4} =  \frac{25}{?}

Again think about the number which should be multiplied with numerator to give 5, and it's 5 itself now multiply 5 in denominator and resolve the second query.

 \frac{5 \times 5}{4 \times 5} =  \frac{25}{20}

Similarly,

 \frac{5}{4} =  \frac{ - 15}{?}

Multiply the denominator with (-3)

 \frac{5}{4} =  \frac{ - 15}{ - 12}

so , required answers when written in sequence is as follows :-

 \frac{5}{4} =  \frac{20}{16} =  \frac{25}{20}  =  \frac{ - 15}{ - 12}

HOPE THIS EFFORT OF MINE DESERVES SOMETHING GREAT !!
