if we want to find the value of x ,

then , here's the answer,

Given,

 \frac{6}{x}  =  \frac{8}{3}
Cross Multiplying on both side, we have,

6 \times 3 = 8 \times x
18  = 8x
x =  \frac{18}{8}
Reducing 18/8 to it's simpliest form,
we have,

x =  \frac{9}{4}
