  • We have to evaluate the above expression by using the given data.

           Given data:- \frac{x}{6} +7=10.

To find:- Value of the expression.

           Solution:-

  • Here, we will use the below following steps to find a solution using the transposition method.
  • Here we will use the transposition method.
  • Transposition is one of the linear equations.
  • To solve the transposition method we wi.ll Identify the variables and constants.
  • Then we Simplify the equation in LHS and RHS.
  • Now Simplify the equation using arithmetic operations.

        By using the transposition method.

             \frac{x}{6} +7=10\\\Rightarrow \frac{x+6 \times7}{6}=10 \\\Rightarrow \frac{x+42}{6}=10\\\Rightarrow x+42=6 \times 10 \\\Rightarrow x+42=60\\\Rightarrow x=60-42\\\Rightarrow x=18.

Hence we get the value x=18.
