Mass of NaOH=0.2 g
Moles of NaOH =
\frac{mass}{molar \:  mass}
Thus moles=0.2/40=0.05

Molarity =
 \frac{no. \: of \: moles \: of \: solute}{volume \: of \: solution \: in \: litres}
Thus
Molarity =0.05/1=0.05
