circumference of 1st cylinders base=2×pie×14
circumference of 2nd cylinders base=2×pie×20
that the rope goes around 2nd cylinder T time
you have 2 equation
a=140×2×pie×14
a=T×2×pie×20
solve for a and T, you will get T=98
