It is the velocity of a particle at a particular point of time.
Instantaneous velocity may be similar to average velocity when then time taken in consideration is ALMOST equal to zero (or is approaching zero).

Instantaneous Velocity is the velocity of a particle at any particular/specific instant of time.
Instantaneous Velocity is defined as velocity of a object at particular instant of time.
It's direction is always tangential to the path travelled by the particle.
The given formula is used to find out the instantaneous Velocity.
