Find the area of the park :-

Area = Length x Breadth

Area = 35 x 40 = 1400 m²

Find the area of the Park and Path :-

Length = 35 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 40 m

Breadth = 40 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 45 m

Area = 40 x 45 = 1800 m²

Find the area of the Path :-

Area of the Path = Area of the Park and Path - Area of the Park

Area of the Path = 1800 - 1400= 400 m²

Answer:

Area of the Path = 400 m²

Step-by-step explanation:

Area = Length x Breadth

Area = 35 x 40 = 1400 m²

Find the area of the Park and Path :-

Length = 35 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 40 m

Breadth = 40 + 2.5 + 2.5 = 45 m

Area = 40 x 45 = 1800 m²

Find the area of the Path :-

Area of the Path = Area of the Park and Path - Area of the Park

Area of the Path = 1800 - 1400= 400 m²
