⭐ The Judiciary, as we know, protects the tenets of constitution and democracy. It involves the mechanism of three types of courts, namely - The Supreme Court, The High Courts and the Lower or Sub-ordinate Courts. Now the judicial reviews give the primary concept regarding any record.
⭐ Binding the records will form a case-file which is strictly hold under the Supreme Court. Even, in case of violation of any law, the Judicial reviews will be raised regarding the enforcement of Fundanental Rights and Duties of Citizens.
⭐ Shortly, we can say that the Judiciary is the final interpreter of the Constitution. It has the power to reject particular laws passed by the Parliament, if it believes that these laws are a violation of the basic structure of the constitution. This is known as Judicial Review which thus helps in stabilising peace, security to everything of a Constitution.
