Education has been of a great importance and priority for the children. It has changed throughout time and will continue changing. No doubt, in the modern era, education has been reduced to a business venture and calling those greedy people the "merchants and tycoons of education" would not be wrong. But, an ideal teacher focuses always towards the development of education in children and ultimately the nation.
An ideal teacher is the one who has total control over his subjects and knows each and every content of the subject which he/she needs to teach. He/she spends most of the time in pursuing studies and which indicates the vastness of their knowledge and hardwork. An ideal teacher directly or indirectly is a true builder of the nation for sure.
Ideal teachers survivor the qualities of punctuality and honest in the real world of educating setting up an example for others. Not being outstanding is fine, but being honest is must and this is what an ideal teacher possesses.
A good teacher tries to create a trustworthy level of communication and makes an effort to teach indivisually if necessary. Great teachers love students, care for them and through communication, try to instill the basic and moral qualities among the students. Being kind, honest, hard working, respectful, co-operative and compassionate is what an ideal teacher seeks from every child in return as a result of their teaching.
In this democratic world, democratic values are considered of a great importance. The ideal teachers teach democratic values like freedom, integrity, justice, equality, sacrifice etc and try preserving the values of democratically for a betterment figure of the country. This is necessary as these values are responsible for the success of the education system.
Teachers play a very important and significant role in shaping the future of the country by training the youth of the nation as the architectures of future generation. Moreover, when it comes to values, an ideal teachers should also be fair with all the students and should motivate them.
A good teacher has a lot of expectation as a result of his/her teachings. But he/she even knows how much every child is capable and they always hope for every child to give their best. So, being a good student and youth of the nation, we should pursue good habits and achieve good grades.
