Here's ur answer.
⭐ An observer can't see rainbow in outer space because the formation of rainbow is based on the phenomenon of refraction of light.
Refraction of light needs atmosphere but atmosphere is not present in space.
On other celestial bodies there are no atmospheres. So there would be no refraction of light and hence, no rainbow formation.
