if \:  \alpha \:  and \: beta \: are \: zeros \: of \: polynomial \:  \\ f(x) =  {2x}^{2}  + 11x  + 5 \: then \: find \:  \\ (a) { \alpha }^{4}  +  { \beta }^{4} \\ (b) \frac{1}{ \alpha }  +  \frac{1}{ \beta }   - 2 \alpha  \beta
