Here is ur answer:

 \frac{dy}{dx}  =  \frac{d}{dx} (sec \: x) =  \frac{d}{dx} ( \frac{1}{cos \: x} )

 \frac{dy}{dx} =  \frac{cosx. \frac{d}{dx}(1) - . \frac{d}{dx}(cosx)  }{ {cos}^{2}x }

 =  \frac{0 - ( - sinx)}{ {cos}^{2}x }

 =  \frac{sinx}{ {cos}^{2} x}

 =  \frac{sinx}{ {cos}^{2}x } . \frac{1}{cosx}

= tanx secx
