 \frac{1}{x} (x - 1)(x - 2) \\  \frac{1}{x}  ( {x}^{2} - 2x - x - 2) =  \frac{1}{x} ( {x}^{2}  - x - 2) \\  = x - 1 -  \frac{2}{x}  \\ no \: it \: is \: not \: a \: polynomial
