Question

We come across a lot of slogans and also attend seminars where we are sensitised to save 'this' and 'that' animal (s).
While this may never occur, do you think there's a possibility wherein the distant future, there'd be a campaign to
$\bigstar \: \boxed{\sf{\color{red}{Save\:the\:Mosquitoes!}}}$
Why/why not?
Also, state the benefits of mosquitoes.

It may seem impossible for the mosquitoes to stand on the verge of extinction but there are always the odds, y'know. That the day may arrive when we even have to use this slogan, and lemme tell you a lil something, that when it does we would be reluctant to use it 'cause no human, that I know of, really likes those suçkers. But let's face it, there's nothing you could do 'bout it, and you like it or not, these suçkers are of an immense importance in the ecosystem. Yes, they really are.

• Mosquitoes are food for dragonflies, small birds, bats and other insectivores.
• Their larvae are food for some fish.
• As nectar eaters, they help to pollinate plants. (Yeah, you read it correct. They eat nectar! And now you may wonder "Nectar? So a mosquito that bites you is purposely being an àsshole?")
• They help spread diseases, which kills people, and hence helping in population control :D
• And dude, didn't you see Jurassic Park? They used a mosquito's DNA to recreate dinosaurs!! I know it's fiction, but sounds like a plan to me!! lol

It's kinda tough to think that mosquitoes may vanish some day 'cause they really are some fast àss whooping reproducers. Give 'em a day and a perfect environment to reproduce, you'd see them multiply at a really tremendous rate.

And someday, IF they really stood on the verge of extinction, I believe it would be because of a mass genocide and the news would flash - "Humans killed each and every mosquito that dwelled on mother Earth as they began to spread HIV through their bites!!" haha..
