Solution : \sqrt{3 \sqrt{3 \sqrt{3} } }  =  {3}^{ \frac{1}{2}  +  \frac{1}{4} +  \frac{1}{8}  }  =   {3}^{ \frac{7}{8} } =   {9}^{ \frac{7}{16} }
  log_{9}( \sqrt{3 \sqrt{ 3\sqrt{3} } } )  =  log_{9}( {9}^{ \frac{7}{16} } )  =  \frac{7}{16}
