Explanation:

Microspore mother cell is the diploid cell that produces pollen grains by meiosis. At the stage of initiation of meiosis, callose (plant polysaccharides) deposits on the cell wall and plasma membrane of mother cells. It mainly surrounds the sporocyte cells and provides isolation barrier sealing off one pollen mother cell from another.
