Hey!

Here is your answer. Go through it. And if you are satisfied with my answer then please don't forget to mark it as BRAINLIEST (✿^‿^)

Q:- Bring out the essence of the poem 'The Road Not Taken' . How far do you agree with the poet.

A:- According to me, the road not taken is about a speculation of the poet himself. As Robert Frost chose a profession that was very less chosen and most of the people think on this profession as a non rewarding profession and also think they won’t get that much money as they will have when they chose doctoral profession or engineering. Robert Frost pens downs about his own self in the poem that he did not take the way that was most ordinary and most walked but the way that was the least taken and it was all about his life that he took the hard way, the way people fear to walk on, the way which was new and the way that did not lead to money but still he went his on way. He distinguished himself from the world by going the way he wanted not the way he could get money from. I think poetry is a profession only understood by poets and other people think it as a non rewarding profession but the poets can only feel that heartwarming contentment and satisfaction that fills the heart from top to bottom while writing the poem and thinking for the rhymes. The most beautiful part of being a poet it when the verse comes by itself in your mind like, in a click without any speculation. At last, in my opinion Robert Frost folded his wordsmith real meanings in many many other words before writing them and that’s what makes the poem so special and deeply mystifying.

Don't worry, if you find my answer too long, you can refer to it and write your own answer☺️

Hope it helps you(◠‿◕)❤️

Answer:

In the poem - ‘The Road Not Taken’, the road symbolizes our life. The poet says that the path that we don’t choose in our life is the road not taken. He describes his feelings about that choice that he had left in the past. The path which we have chosen, decides our future, our destination. The important message that the poet wants to give is that the choice that we make has an impact on our future and if we make a wrong choice, we regret it but cannot go back on it. So, we must be wise while making choices.
